    摘要: 本文分析了国有企业薪酬普遍存在的成因,运用薪酬与薪酬体系设计的理论方法,其中探讨了管理过程中的激励理论深层次挖掘了薪酬体系研究的理论高度。在探讨公司薪酬体系过程中,对薪酬设计的基础理论以及内容、流程相结合,在分析问题的基础上,本文结合公司战略、企业文化以及发展阶段,提出了解决薪酬体系的设计思路。依照薪酬体系设计流程,对该公司实际的存在的问题进行综合考虑,本文运用工作评价分类法划分职类职种,形成了湖北联合交通投资公司的薪酬管理再设计方案。This paper analyzes the causes of the state-owned enterprises pay prevailing use of remuneration and compensation system design theory, which explores the management process of incentive theory of deep-level mining theoretical height of the pay system research. During the company’s remuneration system process, combining the basic theory of compensation design, content and process, and on the basis of the analysis of the problem, combining the company’s strategy, cor-porate culture and stage of development, this paper proposes some design ideas to resolve the pay system. According to the design pattern of the remuneration system, the remuneration system must be synthetically considered among the actual problems of the company. The Hubei joint (unit) transportation investment company compensation management design solution is formed by using the job classes and job categories of job evaluation system.
