摘要:
“教育机会供给不足，老年教育参与意愿不够，老年教育质量总体不高”是当前我省老年教育面临的主要问题，在相当程度上制约了我省老龄事业的发展推进。“激励高等学校发展老年教育，支持现有老年教育机构发展，创造多元并举的老年教育局面；引导老年教育理论及实践研究，强化老年教育质量监测评估，营造科学规范的老年教育环境；加强老年教育的政府宏观调控，树立老年教育发展的产业观，走政府与市场双轨的发展道路”是提升老年教育水平推进我省老龄事业发展的可选路径。
“Insufficient supply of education opportunities, not enough participation of the elderly education, not high quality of the elderly education in general” are the main problems of the elderly education in Yunnan province, which have restricted the development of the aging undertakings to a certain extent. The ways improving education level of the elderly to promote the development of the aging undertaking in Yunnan are as following: 1) stimulate the development of the elderly education in high schools; support the development of the existing elderly education institutions; create multivariate situation of the elderly education; 2) guide the theory and practice of the elderly education; strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of the elderly education quality; create a scientific and standardized environment of the elderly education; 3) strengthen the government’s macro-control of the elderly education; establish the industry concept of the elderly education; pursue the dual-track development way of the government and the market.
