    摘要: 为满足高校实践要求,设计了符合生产实际的高炉旋转布料器冷态实训装置。控制系统采用一体化控制柜。选用西门子S7-300 PLC和紫金桥组态软件实现控制系统设计。包括远程自动控制、远程手动控制、就地手动控制三种控制模式。通过研制与开发高炉旋转布料器仿真模型,可实现教学内容形象化、时空化,拉近课堂与实践的距离。该装置已经投入使用,系统运行稳定,可同时完成教学与科研功能。In order to satisfy the training in colleges, the rotary distributor training devices which fits indus-trial production practical is designed. The integrated control cabinet is adopted in this control system, and the Siemens S7-300 PLC and configuration software are choosing to realize the control system design of training equipment. The control mode includes three different kinds of modes, which are remote automatic control, remote control and manual control models. Through the de-velopment and use of the distributor training devices, the teaching content can be visualized. This device has been put into use in colleges, and obtained the good training effect.
