本文把人力资本分为“智力资本”与“信仰资本”，指出“信仰资本”是一种意识形态资本，其作用就是激活“智力资本”，从而降低激励成本；同时“信仰资本”还为“智力资本”的积累提供动力，并具有淡化机会主义行为，降低社会交易成本的巨大正外部性。因此，研究人力资本中的“信仰资本”，具有重大的现实意义。This paper classifies human capital as “intellectual capital” and “faith capital” and points out that “faith capital” is a kind of ideology capital and that its role is to activate “intellectual capital” so as to reduce the incentive costs. At the same time, “faith capital” also provides driving force for the accumulation of “intellectual capital” and has great positive externality of reducing opportunism behavior and social transaction cost. Therefore, the study of the “faith capital” in human capital is of great practical significance.
