My Happiness Is Your Happiness
When Dr. Wang Yang entrusted me with the translation rights of My Hap-piness Is Your Happiness, I felt more than a friend’s trust—it was a profound gift of life. I met Dr. Wang at Lanzhou Jiaotong University, where I wit-nessed her resilience in battling the cancer and admired her unwavering pursuit of life’s poetry, even as she traveled between China and Japan in her sixties. Now, through the bridge of words and translation, this narrative of life, culture, and human resonance is reborn in a new language.
