洪启峯，辅仁大学医学系教授。2009年8月至2012年7月，辅仁大学研发处研发长。2014年8月迄今辅仁大学医学院副院长兼海量资料研究中心主任。

心脏电生理、心血管药理、皮肤生理与药理、皮肤光老化(UVA及UVB)、视网膜病变药物开发(AMD、PVR及DR)、天然物药理药效评估、机能性化妆品原料之评估与开发
