张玉苍，集美大学海洋食品与生物工程学院二级教授、博士生导师。新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选，享受国务院政府特殊津贴。福建省闽江学者讲座教授，福建省级高层次人才（B类），厦门市A类高层次人才，厦门市双百人才。
