基本情况
曹明德，中国政法大学环境法教授、博导，法学博士，《中国政法大学学报》主编，中国法学会环境资源法学研究会副会长，中国环境科学协会环境法学会副主任委员，中华环保联合会法律委员会委员，中国政法大学气候变化与自然资源法研究中心主任，曾任重庆南川市（现为南川区）人民政府副市长，教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划入选者（2005年），“全国十大杰出青年法学家”（2006年），曾留学加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学法学院（Faculty of Law, UBC）、美国弗蒙特法学院（Vermont Law School）、佩思大学法学院（Pace Law School）。
