周卓辉,台湾清华大学材料科学工程学系教授。中华有机电子发展协会理事长、电动车辆发展协会理事长、中国工程师学会工程师伦理委员会委员、清华大学校友会总干事、财团法人厚德基金会执行长、财团法人高科技产业发展基金会董事、国际经济商管学生AIESEC、清华大学分会指导老师、新竹市米粉节、沙雕节、风之节创办人。近年荣获六项国内外奖项,2009年入围SPIE-PRISM奖。在人才培育上,指导之学生共计获得16个奖项,其中包含台积电杰出学生研究奖、奇美奖、崇越论文大赏优等、大学跨学门科学人才培育衔接计画佳作等12个校外奖项。
