基本情况

许小亮19837月毕业于中国科学技术大学近代物理系,19994月在香港大学获得博士学位,现任中国科学技术大学教授。许小亮教授自1989年起即开始从事固体中阴极射线荧光(CL)和光致荧光(PL)的研究。1991年至1993年间,获国家自然科学基金的资助,主持半导体及其氧化物的光学跃迁的研究,1994年赴香港大学后,亦继续从事这方面的研究,从1996年起开始从事III-V族半导体GaN发光薄膜和InP的光学和电学性质的研究。
