基本情况
许正兴博士1974年出生于台湾台北,于1997年毕业于天主教辅仁大学电子工程学系,并于1999年与2003年分别获得台湾成功大学电机工程学系硕士及博士,毕业后于2003年进入台湾新竹科学园区旺宏电子任职主任工程师,从事新型闪存组件之开发。2005年离开旺宏电子后,任教于台湾私立大叶大学电机工程学系专任助理教授,并于同年转任教于台湾联合大学电机工程学系助理教授,且建立电子材料与组件应用实验室,2008年于台湾联合大学电机工程学系副教授。2013年于台湾联合大学电机工程学系与材化博士学位学程 教授近五年研究成果收录SCI论文约25篇、国内外发明专利约4件,执行及参与各项计划共8件,并积极参与国内外学术活动。除了目前为多项国内外学术学会会员外,另为超过20种以上相关国外重要期刊与会议之论文审查委员,更于2008年度荣获台湾陶业学会优秀青年。此外,并于相关国际会议如: The 7th International Semiconductor Technology Conference
(ISTC2008)及2009 Cross Strait Tri-Regional Radio Science and Wireless Technology
Conference等多项国际会议中担任Invited Speaker及Session Chairman。

通讯用微波介电材料之开发与各频带微波滤波器、微波双工器及高频天线之设计与制作:目前已开发不同介电系数之介电材料与复合钙钛矿结构之低损耗介电材料,并运用已开发之材料,设计制作各式频带(GSM, WLAN, GPS, UWB通讯系统)之微带线环形滤波器、改良式发夹型带通滤波器与双工器及Patch, Monopole天线

利用射频磁控溅镀法与溶凝胶法制作介电薄膜与薄膜高频介电特性之研究:目前已开发复合钙钛矿结构材料、尖晶石结构材料、六方钙钛矿陶瓷材料、钛酸锆锡陶瓷材料及ZnNb2O6介电材料等之介电薄膜,以运用于微波积体化被动元组件、有机(无机)薄膜晶体管及芯片电容
