欧阳晨曦，中国医学科学院阜外医院血管外科主任医师、教授。俄罗斯自然科学院外籍院士、美国斯坦福大学客座教授，德国汉诺威医科大学博士、曾获德国行医执照。全国重点人才引进专家，国家创新人才推进计划入选专家、湖北省科技领军人才发展促进会副会长、湖北省“百人计划”专家、湖北省特聘专家

学术成果

主持和参与国家重点研发计划“心脑血管系统修复材料和植/介入器械表面 改性关键技术研究及产品开发”，国家“973”项目“非水溶性丝素粉体与功能聚合物复合小口径人造血管的机构与功能研究”、国家自然科学基金面上项目“环氧合酶抑制性一氧化氮供体(CINOD)复合材料对抑制人工血管搭桥术后吻合口狭窄的作用研究” 等国家级科学基金项目共7项，同时还获得国家人力社会资源部2010年“留学人员回国创新创业启动基金重大专项”，获得国家资助金额达2500多万元，出版专著2本，编写教材一部，发表学术文章100余篇，其中SCI文章20多篇，申请专利12项。曾获“国家技术发明二等奖”，“教育部科技进步二等奖”，“2014年度中国十二五重大课题研究成果奖”，“湖北省青年五四奖章”和“湖北省有突出贡献中青年专家”称号，教育部驻外后备干部。《亚洲心脑血管病例研究》与《亚洲外科手术病例研究》两本开源国际期刊的主编，以及“World Journal of Cardiovascular Surgery”的副主编。
