研究领域

高性能合金构件/材料一体化制造(材料热加工过程中的流变特性与本构描述、构件内部缺陷演变的力学问题、加工过程的有限元模拟)、构件/材料蠕变-疲劳-断裂、微电子封装工艺与器件可靠性等方面的研究。
