基本情况

张硕新,博士,西北农林科技大学林学院生态学教授,博士生导师。国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员,中国农业科技国际交流协会第三届理事会理事,国家林业局林业学科建设专家咨询组专家。1982年在西北林学院获林学专业学士学位;1985年在西北林学院获森林生态学专业硕士学位;1993年在维也纳农业大学获生态学专业博士学位。1998年在佛蒙特大学任客座教授。曾任西北农林科技大学国际合作交流中心主持工作副主任、外事处处长、国际合作交流中心主任、国际合作与交流处处长,中共西北农林科技大学林学院党委书记,西北林学院教务处副处长、党政办公室副主任兼外事办公室主任。1997年被授予“陕西省新长征突击手”称号。先后访问过北美洲、欧洲、亚洲、大洋洲、南美洲二十多个国家和地区的近百所大学和科研院所,是国内外十几种学术期刊的审稿人。
