荣誉奖励

曾担任两届973项目首席，国家自然科学基金创新群体负责人；曾获国家发明三等奖、国家自然科学二等奖、国家科技进步二等奖和省部级科技奖7项；2013年获美国STLE国际奖；在国际学术会议上做特邀报告20余次，其中Plenary和Keynote报告14次；出版英文专著1部，参编英文专著1部，翻译英文专著1部；发表和合作发表论文250余篇，SCI收录150余篇，他引2000余次；授权国家发明专利20余件。
