基本情况

何德文,博士,中南大学教授。自本科起长期从事冶金与环保工作,时间长达30余年,在冶金与环境工程领域取得了较为显著的成绩。负责和参与完成了国家、省部级和校企合作项目20余项,申请国家发明专利6项,其中授权2项,公开发表学术论文80篇,其中SCIEIISTP检索40余篇,主编《环境影响评价》(国家“十一五”规划教材)、《环境规划》、《环境工程概论》、《防尘防毒安全知识》、《危险化学品废物的处理》和《环境影响评价学》5部教材与专著。
