Sheng Ye was born in Wuhan China in 1975. He received the B.Sc. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Hua Zhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 1998; the M.Sc. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Queen’s University, Kingston, ON, Canada in 2003; and the Ph.D. from Queen’s University in 2008.
