张增强，陕西扶风人，中国民主同盟盟员，现为西北农林科技大学资源环境学院教授，博士生导师。中国农业生态环境保护协会理事，陕西省固体废物环 境管理专家，陕西省生猪产业体系猪场粪污处理岗位专家。

城市污泥和生活垃圾的无害化与资源化处理

集约化养殖场畜禽粪便的堆肥化处理及有机复合肥生产

土壤重金属污染修复和饮用水微污染修复
