叶堃晖，博士、教授、博导，现为重庆大学建设管理与房地产学院副院长、重庆大学可持续建设国际研究中心常务副主任，重庆大学房地产研究所首席研究员，重庆大学建设经济与管理中心研究员。同时兼任中华建设管理学会（香港）常务理事、副秘书长，《International Journal of Construction Management》副主编、《Journal of Infrastructure Development》国际编委，中国建筑学会建筑经济分会学术委员会委员、中国建筑学会工程管理研究分会青年委员。
