目前主要兴趣在食用植物的功能成分结构及其生物活性。在分离纯化的天然产物中发现600多个新天然产物,发表论文260余篇(第一作者60篇,SCI论文160多篇);专著2部,参与撰稿多部;国家发明专利46项。
