郑旭娟，深圳大学医学部副教授，护理学院副院长，基础护理教研室主任，广东省高等学校护理教学指导委员会委员，广东省护理学会护理教育专业委员会副主任委员。副教授期间以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文29篇，出版著作2部，获包括广东省医药院校教师教学创新大赛一等奖(高级组)等10余项省部级及以上教改项目和教学奖励。
