饶妮妮,博士,电子科技大学生命科学与技术学院教授、博导。2010年入选四川省学术与技术带头人,2005年被评为四川省有突出贡献的优秀专家,曾多次受邀在国际学术会议作分会报告、担任分会主席和程序执行委员会委员,担任国内外十多个核心期刊审稿人。国家级精品资源共享课程“生物医学信号处理”课程负责人。
