邵宏波，中国科学院烟台海岸带研究所研究员，博士研究生导师，中国科学院百人计划入选者（2009），中国科学院优秀博士学位论文获得者（2005），首届烟台市双百人才奖（第二层次）获得者（2010），获美国NIH主办SCI刊物 International Journal of Biological Sciences（2010年影响因子3.3）最高论文引用奖(THE 2008 MOST CITED PAPER AWARD)（2010）。
