主要经历

  1. 肿瘤转移机制的研究,以胰腺癌为模型研究了相关信号通路与肿瘤血管生成、淋巴管生成和转移的机制,阐明了肿瘤血管生成、淋巴管生成和转移的一些机制,对肿瘤的治疗具有指导意义。此研究方向先后为首承担973课题1项;国家自然科学基金项目4项;为首承担省科技厅项目4项。为主获国家科学技术进步二等奖2项,中华医学科技进步三等奖1项;为首获省科技进步三等奖4项。在国内外专业期刊发表论文60余篇,其中SCI收录12
  2. 疾病致病基因研究,收集多种疾病的家系标本,近期已成功的确定一多并指/趾家系致病基因的新的突变和一神经纤维瘤病新的突变。此研究方向为首承担国家自然科学基金项目1项;发表SCI论文2篇。承担NSFC课题:一个同卵双生双胞胎家系的关键基因定位研究2011.01-2013.12编号:31071104
