摘要: 本文将中国南方电网合同的通用条款与从总体结构、定价方式、付款方式、付款时间、法律基础、监管控制体系、权利与义务、仲裁机制、索赔机制、保险条款、包装与标记、外币与汇率、重渎职、卖方权利的保护等方面进行了对比，分析了两者的差异和产生差异的背景原因。

Abstract: We compare those contract items between FIDIC and China Southern Power Grid (CSG) con- tract from the following aspects: outline, pricing, charging, charging time, law basis, monitoring system, duties & rights, disputing, security items, packaging & labeling, foreign currency & rate, dereliction of duty, seller rights, etc. The differences and the background causes are also presented.
