关于培养本科生科研素质的体会与思考

The Experience and Consideration of Cultivating Undergraduates’ Quality of Scientific Research

摘要: 高等院校的教学与科研是相互依赖、相互促进、不可分离的一个整体，将二者有机结合，才能提高教学质量和科研水平。在高等教育人才培养中对本科生进行科研素质的培养不仅是时代的要求，而且也是确保更高层次人才培养质量的基本保障。本文将结合作者自身及周围同事几年来在教学工作之余培养本科生参与科研的经历，谈谈培养本科生科研素质的体会与思考。

Abstract: The teaching and scientific research of colleges and universities are interdependent, mutually promoting and non-separable. The combination of the two can improve the teaching quality and scientific research level. In the cultivation of higher education personnel, the cultivation of scientific research quality is not only the requirement of the times, but also the basic guarantee to ensure higher level personnel training quality. In this paper, the author will combine the author’s and his colleagues’ experience of cultivating undergraduates’ participation in scientific research in the teaching work during those years, and discuss the experience and thinking of the quality of scientific research for undergraduates.
