Management Innovation of Practice Teaching of Big Specialty for Business Administration

摘要: 目前高校工商管理大类专业实践教学活动开展得良莠不齐，在监管方面更是混乱，甚至缺失必要的监控机构，监督工作缺乏系统性。本课题小组通过调查，基于工商管理大类专业社会性的分析，从组织管理理论出发，以组织、制度和信息监控系统建设为切入点构建了符合工商管理大类专业改革趋势实践教学监控体系，对于提高实践教学质量意义非凡。

Abstract: The current professional practice teaching activity of business and management was carried out unevenly: some were good and some were bad. The supervision is confusing especially. Even ne-cessary monitoring mechanism and systematic supervision work are absent. Through the investigation and analysis based on sociality in terms of business administration majors, this project team constructed a series of suitable supervise mechanisms for business administration majors, from organization management theory and based on the organization, system and construction of information monitoring system. It will be of extraordinary significance to improve the practice teaching quality.
