耳尖穴放血疗法在麦粒肿治疗中的应用

The Application of Ear-Apex Blood-Letting Therapy for the Treatment of Stye

摘要: 目的：观察耳尖穴放血在麦粒肿治疗中的疗效。方法：应用耳尖穴放血结合西药常规治疗早、中、晚期麦粒肿，并且与常规西药治疗组相对照。结果：观察组麦粒肿治疗总有效率(93.3%)高于对照组(81.7%)，且观察组麦粒肿治愈所需时间也比对照组短，P < 0.05具有显著性差异。耳尖穴放血治疗早、中、晚期麦粒肿效果显著，可有效缩短病程。结论：耳尖穴放血疗法操作易掌握，创伤小，在麦粒肿治疗中可起到很好的辅助作用，值得在眼科临床推广。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the curative effect of ear-apex blood-letting in the treatment of stye. Methods: Combined with routine treatment, ear-apex blood-letting is applied in the early, middle and late stye, and compared with the routine treatment group. Results: The efficiency of the observation group (93.3%) is higher than the control group (81.7%), and the cure time of the observation group is shorter than the control group; it has significant difference (P < 0.05). The curative effect of ear-apex blood-letting in the treatment of early, middle and late stye is remarkable; it can shorten the course of the disease. Conclusion: Ear-apex blood-letting therapy has the advantages of simple operation with small trauma, and has a good curative effect, which is worth popularizing in ophthalmologic clinic.
