摘要:
本文以中国的南京市为案例地进行调研,在肯定了中国电动自行车发展对防治空气污染做出贡献的同时,对电动自行车废旧电池处理不当可能给土地和地下水造成环境污染及重金属污染等引发的环境健康问题进行了初步探讨。本文通过走访、小实验、问卷及网络调查等调研手段获得第一手资料,发现目前南京市场上的电动自行车需要经常更换电池,废旧电池数量庞大,而且废旧电池的污染和处理现状堪忧,废旧电池处理不当带来的环境污染和环境健康问题突出,但是南京市居民对电动自行车废旧电池的处理等环境污染及环境健康问题认识不足。在调研的基础上本文提出建立“电池身份证认证”制度、开发新技术、使用新能源等一系列措施和建设性意见,希望对中国电动自行车废旧电池处理带来的环境污染和环境健康问题给与足够的重视和关注。本文对环境健康问题的探讨具有一定的现实意义。
In this paper, we affirm the contribution of electric bicycle to air
pollution control in China and discuss the land and groundwater pollution
caused by improper disposal of electric bicycle battery. We got firsthand
knowledge through visits, small experiments, questionnaires and online survey
research in Nanjing, China. We find that currently the demand of electric
bicycles is so large that the disposal and pollution of waste batteries is
worrying in Nanjing. However, there is a lack of awareness of Nanjing residents
in handling used batteries and corresponding environmental pollution issues.
Based on our survey, we suggest establishing a “cell identity authentication”
system, developing new technologies and new energy sources. We hope Chinese
enough attention will be given to environmental pollution caused by electric
bicycle battery disposal. The debate on environmental health problems in this
article has a certain practical significance.
