国外印刷业挥发性有机物排放控制法规与标准研究

Study on Foreign Regulations and Standards of VOCs Emission Control of Printing Industry

摘要: 本文对美国、欧盟、日本的印刷业挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放控制法规和标准进行了研究，提出了我国印刷业大气污染排放标准的制订建议，包括丰富大气污染物控制项目和排放指标选取，限值制定应充分考虑技术和经济可行性，完善监督监控机制等。

Abstract: By investigating volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emission control regulations and standards for printing industry of the United States, the European Union and Japan, suggestions on formu-lating emission control and standards for printing industry in China were presented, including rich atmospheric pollutant projects and control indicators, full consideration to the technical and economic feasibility, perfect supervision and monitoring mechanism, etc.
