冠状动脉起源异常病例分析
Case Analysis of Anomalous Origin of Coronary Artery
摘要: 冠状动脉起源异常是一种较为罕见的冠状动脉畸形，却是引发心绞痛，心肌梗塞，甚至是心源性猝死的原因之一。因此对此类病例的及时准确诊断具有重要的临床价值。本文通过对15,200例冠状动脉造影病例的分析，发现了3例不同类型的冠状动脉开口起源异常。分析表明冠状动脉畸形在临床上并不少见，冠状动脉开口起源异常则比较少见，但对临床诊断及手术操作具有重要指导意义。
Abstract:
Anomalous origin of coronary artery is a rare subset of coronary artery anomalies. It is one of the causes for angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, and even sudden cardiac death. Therefore, the prompt and accurate diagnosis of such disease has important clinical significance. The current study retrospectively analyzed 15,200 coronary angiographycases, and found three cases of ano-malous origin of coronary artery. Further analysis revealed that coronary artery anomalies are not rare, while anomalous origin of coronary artery is a rare in clinical patients, and the later one has instructive value for diagnosis and surgical procedures.
