构建河南绿色金融体系的问题及对策研究

Study on Problems and Countermeasures of Constructing Henan Green Financial System

摘要: 绿色金融的发展已然成为各个省份实现自身发展的重要抓手，也是当前学者研究的热点问题，国家及河南省政府近年来出台了一系列政策促进绿色金融发展，但是构建河南省绿色金融发展体系仍存在一些问题，如何处理好这些问题成为构建绿色金融体系的重中之重，基于这些问题提出促进绿色金融发展的机构建设、加强绿色金融发展的政策支持、完善绿色金融发展的基础设施、健全规范绿色金融发展的法律基础等建议以促进河南省绿色金融体系建设。

Abstract: The development of green finance has become an important starting point for all provinces to achieve their own development, and it is also a hot issue for scholars. The state and the Henan provincial government have issued some policies in recent years to promote the development of green finance, but the construction of Henan’s green financial development still has some prob-lems in the system. How to deal with these problems has become a top priority in building a green financial system. Based on these issues, we propose institutional development to promote green financial development, strengthen policy support for the development of green finance, and improve the infrastructure for green financial development. We will improve and standardize the legal basis for the development of green finance to promote the construction of a green financial system in Henan Province.
