Exploration into the Quality of Personnel Cultivation Boosted by Professional Education

摘要: 人才培养质量是高校赖以生存的基础和发展的基石。专业教育是人才培养的先导和重要内容，而人才培养质量成为专业教育的目标和归宿。本专业从开办之日起，一直坚信专业教育的重要性，坚持开展以科研活动为主线的专业教育，人才培养质量得到了稳步提升。然而专业教育是随着社会的发展而进步的，因此，本专业将不断优化并完善专业教育的内容和方式，更好地满足人才培养的需要，为提高人才培养质量奠定基础。

Abstract: It’s the quality of personnel cultivation that forms the base of living and cornerstone of develop-ment of university. Professional education is the forerunner and important contents of personnel cultivation while the quality of personnel cultivation becomes the goal and end-result of professional education. From the beginning of date of opening, the major of optoelectronic information science and engineering always believes in the importance of professional education and insists on it with a main clue of research activity so that the quality of personnel cultivation has been improved steadily. However, the professional education takes forward with the development of society, so the major will continuously optimize and perfect the contents and form of professional education in order to satisfy the need of personnel cultivation, which sets a foundation for improvement of quality of personnel cultivation.
