摘要: 研究了硅铝比对无碱铝硼硅酸盐玻璃高温粘度和析晶性能的影响。结果表明,随着硅铝比的增加,无碱铝硼硅酸盐系统玻璃的高温粘度、成型温度和粘滞活化能增加,液相温度降低,成型温度与液相线温度的差值增大。
Abstract: Effect of the ratio of SiO2 and Al2O3 on the viscosity and crystallization of non-alkali aluminoborosilicate glasses at high temperature was investigated. The results showed that the viscosity, the fiber-drawing temperature and the activation energy for vicious flow were increased, the liquidus temperature was decreased and the difference between the fiber-drawing temperature & the liquidus temperature was increased with the ratio of SiO2 and Al2O3 increased.
