摘要:
在探讨传统纸质文献运行的五大主体模式、数字文献运行的四大主体模式的基础上，指出两者本质区别：纸质图书馆运行仅是纸质文献运行的局部，而数字图书馆运行几乎涵盖数字文献运行的全过程；并论证了后者具有前者所不可比拟的优越性。即后者克服前者所固有的浪费属性，具有前者所难以置信的使用效率，具有国家纸质图书馆所缺失的国家属性和降低纸质出版商无法避免的出版风险。只有按发扬该优越性的方向去创新思维，才能科学思考国家数字图书馆的构建问题。
Abstract:
Based on the exploration of traditional paper literature’s five main modes and digital literature’s four main modes, this article points out the essential difference between the two: the operation of the paper library is just a part of the paper literature’s operation, but the operation of digital library almost contains the entire operation of digital literature. The paper also demonstrates that the latter has the unique superiority compared with the former. Digital library overcomes the intrinsic attributes of waste of paper library, has the unbelievable efficiency, possess the national attribute which national paper library does not have and reduces the publishing risk of paper publisher which is inevitable. Only by following the superiority promotion to innovate thoughts, are we able to scientifically consider National Digital Library’s construction.
