新形势下，高职院校学生党建工作存在着新情况、新问题，文章以上海工程技术大学高职学院为例，通过问卷调查，寻找存在的薄弱环节，在实践中通过建立组织建设型，构建行业互助型、研讨观摩型、公益服务型、基地教育型、联系基层型党建基地，凸现了实效，实现了党建服务和创新人才培养的双赢。
In the new situation, there are some new situations and problems existing in the students’ party building in vocational colleges. This article uses a questionnaire to seek weaknesses by taking Shanghai University of Engineering Science Advanced Vocational Technical College as an example. By means of setting up organizational building base, constructing mutual aid industry base, seminars observation base, public service base, education base and contact grassroots bases, Shanghai University of Engineering Science Advanced Vocational Technical College highlights the effectiveness and implements a win-win situation of services and personnel training of party building.
