五年制高职学生“工学结合”模式技能培养探究

摘要:  “工学结合”是五年制高职教育教学的环节,本文通过对五年制高职教育目前存在的主要问题进行系统的分析,针对目前五年制高职教育的现状,对五年制高职“工学结合”模式发展和改革进行了系统的分析,在顶岗实习过程中通过以培养学生综合素质为目标的教学模式,做好学生、学校、企业“三位一体”的管理模式。
Abstract: “Work-integrated learning” pattern is an important section in higher vocational education. In view of the problems existing in the current situation of higher vocational education, the paper gives an analysis on the development and reform of “work-integrated learning” pattern for the “five-year” higher vocational students and comes to the conclusion that an efficient management mode should combine all students, schools and enterprises while our teaching mode should focus on students’ comprehensive quality cultivation.
