Patterns for Training Qualified Personnel through Joint Education of School and Enterprise on Geely——“3 + 1” Training Mode of Industrial Design

摘要: 校企联合人才培养模式是提高高等职业教育就业的有效手段，是应用型人才培养的有效途径。本文结合北京吉利大学汽车学院工业设计专业“3 + 1”人才培养模式的探索和实践经验，对吉利集团校企联合培养模式进行探讨。

Abstract: University-enterprise joint personnel training mode is the effective measure to improve the employment of higher vocational education, and an effective way of applied talent training. According to the exploration and practical experience about “3+1” training mode of industrial design in Geely University, university-enterprise joint training mode about Geely was discussed in the paper.
