基于电力市场的过网费用计算方法研究

摘要: 本文依据因转运业务引起的过网费用的实用化算法要求,在电力市场条件下,提出了损耗增量法计算转运业务引起的过网损耗。结合其自身固有特点,在电网运行成本的基础上建立了同时考虑网损、阻塞以及系统可靠性的过网费计算模型。该模型消除了不重要因素的影响,不仅达到了年收支平衡,而且做到了电力市场中的各经济实体的联动及风险共担。以复功率进行计算,算例IEEE-14节点系统进行了验算,其结果表明了该模型的合理性和可用性。
Abstract: In this paper, on the basis of the power market conditions caused by transshipment business practical algorithms require the wheeling cost of power flow; a loss increment method is proposed to calculate for transport business causing a loss of power flow. Combinated with inherent characteristics, a calculation model is established on the basis of the power grid operation cost, considering network loss, blocking Internet fee and the reliability of the system. The influence of unimportant factors is eliminated in this model, not only is the balance of payments achieved, but also the linkage of the various economic entities and risk-sharing are completed in the electricity market. With the complex power calculated, the rationality and availability of the model are checked by the result of example for the IEEE-14 buses system.
