尼莫地平与羚角钩藤汤在治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效观察

Nimodipine and Cornus Antelopis and Uncariae Decoction in Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke Observation

摘要: 目的：回顾性总结2012年泉州市中医院内一科收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者30例。方法：回顾性分析2012.01~2012.12全年泉州市中医院内一科收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者30例，总结治疗方法。结果：本文观察的30例患者经采用尼莫地平配合羚角钩藤汤治疗治疗后基本痊愈20例，显著进步8例，进步1例，自动出院1例。结论：采用尼莫地平配合羚角钩藤汤治疗急性缺血性脑卒中痰热内闭证患者可取得良好疗效。 Objective: This paper’s purpose is to summarize retrospectively the illness cases of 30 patients who got the acute ischemic stroke and treated at the No. 1 Department of Internal Medicine, Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2012. Methods: This thesis wants to find out the best treatment through the retrospective analysis towards the 30 cases of acute ischemic stroke treated in the No. 1 Department of Internal Medicine, Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the whole year of 2012. Results: The result is effective. There were twenty cured cases, eight markedly improved cases, one improved case and one case who left hospital initiatively. Conclusion: The analysis shows the conclusion that to treat the patient who gets Syndrome of Phlegm-heat Blocking Internally by combining Nimodipine with Cornus Antelopis and Uncariae Decoction will get favorable curative effect.
