在知识经济时代，供应链企业间有效地知识传递可以提高整个供应链的竞争水平。本文基于知识质量视角，对如何利用PDCA循环方法对供应链知识传递改进进行了研究，首先给出知识传递及知识质量的概念，然后总结出PDCA循环改进的步骤。
In the era of knowledge economy, effective
knowledge transfer in the supply chain between enterprises can improve the
competitive level of the entire supply chain. Based on knowledge of the
perspective of quality, this paper conducts a research on how to use the PDCA
cycle method to improve knowledge transfer of supply chain, gives the concept
of knowledge transfer and knowledge quality first, and then sums up the steps
of the PDCA cycle of improvement.
