摘要: 本文通过介绍PDCA循环，针对研究生阶段的特点，剖析研究生阶段运用PDCA循环自我管理的过程，并应用该模式探索研究生自我管理教育方式。

Abstract: This paper aims to explore the graduate student self-management education by using the PDCA cycle model, including introducing PDCA cycle, analyzing their self management process according to the characteristics of the graduate student.
