火电厂大气污染物排放标准及治理现状

Emission Standards and Controlling Techniques for the Pollutions of Thermal Power Plant

摘要: 自2014年7月1日起国家环保部将对现有火力发电厂执行新的大气污染物排放标准(GB13223-2011)。新排放标准对火电厂主要排放污染物提出了更加严格的限值要求。火电厂作为国控企业，既是大气污染的主要“贡献者”，也是大气环境治理的重要“参与者”，环保压力和社会责任都日益增加。本文综述了近40年来我国火电厂大气污染物排放标准的发展进程和排放污染物综合治理现状，在此基础上对当前火电厂大气污染治理中的主要问题提出了对策和建议。

Abstract: The Ministry of Environmental Protection is going to address a new stringent pollutant emission standard (GB13223-2011) to thermal power plants on July 1, 2014, in which the major pollutant emissions will meet more and more stringent requirements. As state-controlled companies, thermal power plants not only are the major contributors to air pollution, but also are important participants in environmental governance, which should be responsible for the increasing environmental crises and undertake much more social responsibilities. This work summarized the development process of emission standards and the status of air pollution controlling for thermal power plants, and then some measures and suggestions were proposed to control air pollution for thermal power plants.
