76例小儿重度烧伤合并脓毒血症的治疗体会

The Treatment Experience of 76 Cases of Children with Severe Burns Combine Sepsis

摘要: 目的：探讨小儿重度烧伤合并脓毒血症的早期诊断、早期治疗及预后。方法：采用回顾性分析我院2011年8月至2013年8月收治的76例小儿重度烧伤合并脓毒血症患者的临床资料。结果：76例烧伤患儿通过早期、系统、合理的治疗，其中74例(98.3％)痊愈，2例(1.7％)死亡，死亡原因由于烧伤脓毒症合并多器官功能衰竭。总结：小儿重度烧伤合并脓毒症发生率高，死亡率也高，所以早期系统治疗非常重要，除正规抗休克治疗，还要注意早期纠正贫血、低蛋白血症，合理的应用抗感染药物，同时积极封闭创面，注意各项化验检查，总之76例重度烧伤合并脓毒血症的患儿治疗效果显著。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment, and prognosis of children with severe burns complicated by sepsis. Methods: Using retrospective analysis clinical data of 76 cases of children with severe burns complicated by sepsis of Gansu province people’s hospital in August 2011 to August 2013. Results: Among 76 cases of patients with early, systematic, and reasonable treatment, 74 cases recovered (98.3%), 2 cases died (1.7%), and the cause of death is due to burn sepsis with multiple organ failure. Conclusion: For children with severe burns complicated by sepsis with high incidence and death rate, so systematically early treatment is very important. Except the regular anti-shock treatment, doctors should notice early correction of anemia and hy-poalbuminemia, use anti-infective drugs reasonably, actively close the wound at the same time, and pay attention to all the tests. The effect of the treatment of 76 cases of children with severe burns complicated by sepsis is remarkable.
