职教师资现状的调研及存在问题的原因和对策

摘要: 对参加全国中职教育专业骨干教师培训的部分教师就师资培训问题进行问卷调查和访谈调研。结果表明,职业学校教师的专业能力需求,还需要在培训时间、培训内容、教学形式、考核与评价上下工夫。同时,要建立健全培养职教师资的运行机制,创新多元的师资培养平台。
Abstract: The questionnaire survey and conversation investigation of teaching training to backbone teachers who took part in the training of the national secondary vocation education were presented. The results showed that the vocational school teachers’ professional ability demand need improving in the training time, training content, teaching form, fluctuate assessment and evaluation. At the same time, the operating mechanism of the teachers of vocational education training needs to be established and improved, and the teacher training platform needs innovation.
