摘要: 文章对影响残疾人就业的因素进行研究，运用因子分析与logistic回归分析相结合的方法，得出残疾人就业态度与价值取向、专业技能与职业规划及心理因素是三大主要影响因素，且得出它们对就业状态的影响程度依次降低，运用描述统计分析方法对此三项影响因素做进一步分析。
Abstract: In this paper, the factors affecting employment for disabled are studied. With the help of factor analysis and logistic regression analysis, it concludes that career orientation and attitude, profes-sional skills and career planning, and psychological factors are three main affecting factors, and the degree of influence is in successive decreasing order. Further analysis is made using the descriptive statistical analytical method.
