加强高校青年教师师德师风建设的机制与措施

Mechanism and Measures to Strengthen Moral Construction for University Young Faculties

摘要: 近年来高校青年教师队伍不断发展壮大，如何加强青年教师的培养建设，特别是加强师德师风建设，是高校面临的一项重要任务。本文分析了青年教师师德师风建设的薄弱环节，论证了加强青年教师队伍建设的重要性，研究探讨在青年教师中加强师德师风建设的新方式、新方法、新措施。进而全面加强青年教师的素质教育，提高青年教师的教学能力、科研能力，做到为人师表，甘做绿叶人梯，热心教书育人。

Abstract: In the recent years, the numbers of university young faculties continue to grow exponentially. The important issue facing colleges and universities currently is how to strengthen the faculties’ culti-vation, especially the ethics standards in their daily teaching. In this article, the authors analyze the weak areas in the process of moral construction development, and demonstrate the importance of such training requirement. In the meanwhile, new methodologies and strategies that can be applied in such construction are also evaluated. Only with all these bearing in mind can we strengthen university faculties’ quality education comprehensively and improve teaching capability and research technique to the more advanced level. By setting a good example and contributing all the enthusiasm into class, a faculty can really be a qualified teacher.
