基于数字化校园的高校教师公寓管理信息系统设计与实现

The Design and Implementation of University Teachers Apartment Management System Based on the Digital Campus

摘要: 随着我校发展战略的实施和推进，不断扩大人才引进和人才交流，适时推出周转教师公寓较好的解决了教师的后顾之忧，但供需矛盾很突出，给管理带来了很大的困难。无论是校内教师、短期交流人才，还是管理部门，均迫切需要建立适合于我校的教师公寓管理系统。通过建设基于数字化校园的功能齐全的教师公寓管理系统，简化了教师的办事流程，公开透明租房规则和结果，避免教师与管理部门的矛盾，减轻管理部门的工作量，提高公寓的利用率和教师的满意度。

Abstract: With the incessant implementation and promotion of our university’s development strategy, talent introduction and personnel exchanges are expanding. A timely introduction of temporary teacher-apartments becomes the way to liberate teachers from accommodation worries. However, the contradiction between supply and demand is very prominent that puts more stress on man-agement. Whether the school teachers, short-term exchange personnel or administrative depart-ments are in urgent need of establishing a teacher’s apartment management system which is suit-able for our university. An all-round teachers apartment management system can help to simplify teachers’ service procedure, open and transparentize the apartment renting rules and results, avoid conflicts between teachers and administrative departments, reduce the management work-load and can improve the utilization rate of apartment and teachers’ satisfaction degree.
