摘要: 基于数据挖掘思想和数据包络分析(DEA)方法，将评价指标的原始数据作为DEA的“输入”，将相应指标的单排序信息作为DEA的“输出”，建立地区对外经济综合评价模型。分析了全国30个地区的对外经济贸易合作情况，这对于地区对外经济发展决策是有帮助的。

Abstract: Taking the original data of evaluation index for “input” of DEA and taking the order in the single sorted list of corresponding index for “output” of DEA, a linear programming model is provided to multi-index comprehensive evaluation and decision making analysis in the paper. The paper analysis and evaluates the Outward economic trade of 30 regions in whole nations. It is useful to the health development of region outward economic.
