Technology and Application of Identification and Evaluation for Towel Gourd Germplasm Resources

摘要: 丝瓜是我国南北各地夏季重要的瓜类蔬菜作物之一，在我国栽培历史悠久，地方品种资源丰富。为了提高种质资源的利用效率，迫切需要有一套统一、标准的方法和技术体系来对这些地方种质资源进行科学的鉴定，发掘优异的性状并加以开发利用。本文介绍包括试验设计、植物学特征和生物学特性的调查与鉴定、数据分析与校验的丝瓜种质资源鉴定评价技术体系。

Abstract: Towel gourd was one of the important summer vegetables; it is widely cultivated in China and has a long cultivation history. The local variety resource is very rich. In order to improve the rate of resources utilization, explore the outstanding characters for development and utilization, the formulation of standard system of descriptors and date quality control criterion for towel gourd of local variety resources is very necessary. This paper presents the technology system of identifica-tion and evaluation for towel gourd, including the experiment design, the investigating method of botanical and biological characteristics, the analysis and verification of data.
